Who controls your data

BizAware Ltd is responsible for personal data submitted through the HGVSoft launch list. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect your email address. You may also provide your name, company name, fleet size and a phone number if you would like a call. If you complete the evidence check, we may store its answers and result with your launch-list record.

How we use it

We use submitted details to provide HGVSoft development, launch and onboarding updates, support onboarding conversations and understand which compliance workflows matter to prospective users. We email you about HGVSoft and only call if you provide a phone number. We do not sell launch-list data.

How we store it

Launch-list records are stored in Supabase. Submissions pass through the HGVSoft server; privileged database credentials are not exposed to your browser, and public access to the launch-list table is disabled.

After you join the launch list, this site may keep a random session link in your browser's session storage so a compliance-check result completed in the same browser session can be added to your entry. The link does not contain your email address and is removed when the browser session ends.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list details only while they remain relevant to HGVSoft development, launch and follow-up, unless we need to retain them for a legal or operational reason.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your details or stop contacting you at any time by emailing [email protected].
